taken in Pounds Sterling or Euro's can be obtained by request.
Exchange rates are subject to change and will be confirmed on booking.
Payments
can be made by Credit Card, Cheque or Bank Transfer.

- The owners reserve the right to alter the rates without notice, unless a deposit has been paid.
- A deposit of over 30% is required on booking, balance to be paid 60 days prior to arrival.
- Deposits are not refundable on cancellation.
- Should the rental not be taken up and the villa could not be re-let for the period, the rent will be retained.
- The villa is only to be used as a holiday home and will not be sublet or used for any other purpose than agreed by the owner.
- The client must agree not to cause annoyance to the neighbours and adhere to all safety and security precautions as would be required by the insurance policies covering the property.
- No animals are allowed in the property or gardens.
- The villa furniture and effects must be left in good order as seen by our representative. Any damager incurred by the client must be paid for prior to departure.
- The villa must be vacated by midday of the day of departure.
- The client is advised to take out insurance cover for travel, health, death, disablement, cancellation ect, as the owner has no responsibility.
- The rental is for eight persons maximum unless otherwise agreed by the owner.
- The telephone is available for local calls only.
- Minimum booking is for seven days or multiples of.
- Should the client wish to cancel, the full rental will be payable unless the owner is able to re-let the villa for the same fee less expenses.
